G. Rozelieures - Whisky de Lorraine - Tasting Notes

Nose
This one needs time to open up a bit, and a drop of water. Sweet, not a very strong nose, raisin, vanilla, grain, bit of citrus, orange, grapefruit, and a bit spirity. Also a bit of pepper, caramel and spice, combined with dry white wine come to mind after a while.

Palate
Sweet, caramel, bitter, citrus, lemon, oily, vanilla, raisin, honey, violets, sugar cane, apple, bit metallic and apple syrup.

Finish
Short, bit caramel sweetness and bitternes.

Score
Gave this one a 6 out of 10. Not a very present one I found. Tasted this one in a Twitter Tasting.
