Updating tasting notes on the quick notes and comments made on festivals lately, and found that on different festivals I have had different expressions of the Glendronach bottlings.
At the festival in Alkmaar I had a taste of:
- Glendronach 8 yr. Octarine (scored 6,5 out of 10)
- Glendronach 12 yr. Original (scored 6,5 out of 10)
- Glendronach 15 year Revival (scored 7 out of 10)
At the festival in Leiden tasted:
- Glendronach, 14 yr, Virgin Oak Finish
- Glendronach, 15 yr, Moscatel Finish
Close to each other, but liked the Virgin Oak a little bit more... a close 7 out of 10 for that one.
