Bottling sourced and bottled by Signatory for the Whisky Castle in Tomintoul. This is the Cask Collection No. 23, a Glenrothes bottling of cask no 6968, which is matured in 1st fill Oloroso Sherry butts. Distilled in June 1995 and bottled in August 2012.

Heavy conserved fruits, jam, forrest fruits, heather, heavy floral notes, red fruit, blackcurrent

Pepper, spice, fruit, honey, clover, roses, vanilla, apricot, raisin, toast

Medium length finish
